How long is the contract?

Our contract lengths are flexible based on your needs and are typically between 3 and 5 years.

What am I responsible for?

As the Property owner, you are responsible for the maintenance of the building structure both interior and exterior, and also the boiler and electrical systems. You will need to ensure you have the appropriate Home & Buildings insurance in place.

Will I still receive my guaranteed rent if you are unable to find tenants?

Yes absolutely, we guarantee that you will receive your rent every month.

How are you different to Traditional Letting Agents?

When you let your property with traditional agents, you will often pay a one-off tenant finder, referencing and cleaning fees. You will also pay monthly management fees and any repair costs, which are deducted from your total rental income. This means your rental income with traditional agents is not consistent. However, with us, there are no extra fees to pay, and we do not make any deductions from your fixed guaranteed rent!
